I experience that some texts are not covered by the translation tool. Am I missing something or are these texts currently not possible to translate?

Hello

You can translate tabs titles in layout builder, just rename tabs as you like.

"Substitutes" is a block header I think. Change it in Block settings (edit block button) in your layout to any name you want.
