Also, try to check your Competition structure (group and teams) on the Competition edit page. Is it correct?

Try to deactivate all your plugins besides Football Leagues (and Football Leagues Premium). If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.
