Do you have any contact with the API company?

I contacted them three weeks ago with regard to this issue plus missing data from 2011 Premier League and there is still no resolution. They are now ignoring my messages.

As I see, FA Cup now has the rounds you want. I think some games can have incorrect rounds assigned.

P.S.: this API is not ideal but for that price - the data quality is not bad. If you will find a good API with an affordable price, just let me know.

If you look in the image provided there is no 3rd Round only 3rd round replays.

The 3rd round is the round in which the Premier League teams join that competition, so it is, vital.

I'm not purchasing through rapidapi, I'm direct with api-sports, but they are not answering any messages.

And pricing is reasonable -

Basic - Free - 500 Requests/Day

Pro - $10 - 2,500/Day

Ultra - $25 - 10,000/Day

Mega - $40 - 100,000

API-Sports offer more requests, but their CS is none existent, these guys do offer far more data than API-Sports.

Thanks for your proposal, but that API doesn't look reliable to me, and as I see it has less amount of data than api-football. 

For example, at first glance, I don't see predictions, odds, and LIVE. And there is no guarantee that it doesn't have errors in its data.

Thanks for getting back to me. 

I can't attest to its reliability, but for me API-Sports is becoming more unreliable. 

I won't be renewing my subscription with them until that get the data I'm paying for. 

Unfortunately, I can't renew my subscription here either, for now, but will if the API get their act together. 

I'll shut my site down for now and look again after the world cup.

A few years ago plugin had two other data providers (with a price range of about $20 per month). But those API providers had much more data errors compared to api-football. And I've decided not to add cheap data providers any more until I'm sure it's reliable.

Maybe I'll add Sportmonks support in the future. But it is more expensive.

I got a reply back yesterday it said

 I transferred this request to the technical team some time ago, but I have not had any feedback from them regarding this. It is possible that we do not have this data available.

I will ask them again about this, if it can be added it will be done.

"If it can be added" is their response to missing the 3rd round fixtures of the biggest national cup competition in the world from every available season. They don't seem to interested in rectifying it. In fact scratch that, they won't add it meaning the API is useless.
