I can't use the "Run Wizard" feature for most leagues. I couldn't understand why. Could you help?

I have added WIzard configurations only for the most popular leagues. From time to time I add new configurations.

"Guatemala Liga Nacional" Can you help me how should I add this league? I think he has a different system than others. In the form of "Apertura - Clausura".
