confirmation of matches directly from the website

Hi, Does this add-on allow to submit match results after players log in to the website directly from the website and not from the admin menu? I'm looking for a supplement for the esport (ice hockey, NHL) league. What I need is to write the results from the schedule of matches directly, which I will be on the web, to be sent for approval to the opponent or at least to be automatically entered in the league table.
