Can i enter CSS to the layout builder?

MY page design uses centering of headings, white background on the .content of the pages, can i add stuff to the layout builder? Or i just need to use shortcodes then, and get background with elementor?

Doesnt help with shortcodes actaully, cause links to the clubs are several places, i canot change the links to my own page with shortcodes instead of the integrated clubs pages.
