I couldn't reproduce this problem.
It is a link to "Settings & Tools" >> "Data Import" (see screenshot)
Open this page from the menu and check link above with the current URL. Maybe you have any security plugin affected this link.

Maybe the reason is because wordpress is not installed in root but in a folder? es sitename.com/soccer
