Sudden Death Penalties

Hi, How do I show that a penalty shoot-out has gone to sudden death, rather than the 5 each scenario?

If after 5 penalties, it is 3-3, then the winner of the sudden death could be 4-3 or 5-4 etc..

In the results, this could look like it only went to 5 penalties each, rather than the sudden death at the end?
